President & Founder
Jeff Stoolman is President and Founder of IronQore Compliance, bringing more than 20 years of EHS, regulatory, and operational leadership experience.
A Certified Safety and Health Official, Jeff has led teams across pipeline, midstream, and energy operations, giving him a practical understanding of both field execution and executive strategy. He founded IronQore to help organizations build safer, more compliant, and more resilient operations.
Katie Stoolman
Director of Operations
Katie Stoolman is Director of Operations at IronQore Compliance, with more than a decade of experience supporting the financial, administrative, HR, and operational needs of consulting organizations.
Her background in accounting and operations helps keep complex projects and internal processes organized, efficient, and compliant. At IronQore, Katie supports the systems and people that allow the technical team to stay focused on delivering strong client results.
