Jeff Stoolman
President & Founder
Jeff Stoolman is President and Founder of IronQore Compliance, bringing more than 20 years of EHS, regulatory, and operational leadership experience.
A Certified Safety and Health Official, Jeff has led teams across pipeline, midstream, and energy operations, giving him a practical understanding of both field execution and executive strategy. He founded IronQore to help organizations build safer, more compliant, and more resilient operations.
Katie Stoolman
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Katie Stoolman is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at IronQore Compliance, with more than a decade of experience supporting the financial, administrative, HR, and operational needs of consulting organizations.
Her background in accounting and operations keeps complex projects and internal processes organized, efficient, and compliant. At IronQore, Katie supports the systems and people that allow the technical team to stay focused on delivering strong client results.
Ron Whitaker
Vice President
Ron Whitaker is Vice President at IronQore Compliance, bringing more than 35 years of oil and gas experience across pipeline maintenance, operations, control, and supervision.
He also has more than 20 years of experience in training and workforce development. At IronQore, Ron applies deep technical expertise in emergency response, regulatory compliance, pipeline safety, and mentorship to help build safer, stronger operations.
Wallace (Wally) McGaughey Jr.
Manager, Regulatory Compliance & Integrity
Wally McGaughey Jr. is Manager, Regulatory Compliance and Integrity at IronQore Compliance, with decades of experience in pipeline safety and regulatory oversight.
A former PHMSA Course Manager and Inspector Instructor, he has helped develop inspection protocols, guidance, and training used across the industry. At IronQore, Wally supports audits, compliance initiatives, and practical solutions for regulated pipeline operators.
